Congratulations to Dr. Vitalij Novickij, Head of the Immunology and Bioelectrochemistry Department, who has been named the recipient of the Justin Teissié Award at the 6th World Congress on Electroporation!
This award, granted every two years by the International Society for Electroporation-Based Treatments and Technologies (ISEBTT), honours a young scientist who has made an important contribution to the field of electroporation research, and carries forward the scientific legacy of Justin Teissié — one of the pioneers in this field.
The award reflects more than 10 years of Dr. Novickij's dedication to researching electroporation-related phenomena — his research group has developed a novel pulse-forming technique (MHz pulse compression) that enables efficient drug and gene delivery using ultrashort pulses at lower electric fields.
Congratulations, and we are proud of you!
